A sequential conditioning dryer with automatic loading and unloading, with a drum volume of 2,700 litres (135.1 Kg load capacity with a 1/20 ratio).

Designed for the complete drying and conditioning of linen and textile products, high productivity and intensive use.

• Efficiency: The new axial & trans flow system ensures that 100% of the hot air passes through the linen, thereby providing an extraordinary level of performance and efficiency.
  A consumption of only 1.1 kWh per litre evaporated makes it a market leader in terms of efficiency and ensures that the dryer is more environmentally friendly.
  
  
• Spirotilt: A system patented by Girbau. It increases energy savings by allowing the linen to be unloaded without needing to employ the turbine.
  
  
• Ecoflow: Recirculating the air flow reduces energy consumption and cares for the environment.
  
  
• Optimising space: Maintenance is carried out through the front and back of the units, allowing the machines to be installed without leaving a space between them.
  
  
• Filter auto-cleaning: A large-sized lint filter with a vibration and blowing system to maintain high productivity at all times.
  
  
• Infrared sensor: Optimises drying cycles, reduces consumption and treats the linen delicately and precisely.
  
  
• Movement precision: Fitted with an inverter to control the speed and rotation intervals of the drum.
  
  
• Variable air flow: Fitted with an inverter to adapt the flow to the drying requirements and those of the installation.
  
  
• Durability: A drum constructed of AISI-304 stainless steel.
  
  
• PLC control: It has an industrial controller and a touch screen that is intuitive and easy to program (up to 35 programs). Can be integrated into the washing tunnel’s BMT software.
